The counselling relationship is unique in that it provides a confidential space with a trained professional to explore, process and heal. I am also aware that it takes courage to reach out for that support, to acknowledge the issue and then begin the daunting task of finding the counsellor or psychotherapist that you would like to work with. I know this from my own experience.
My hope is that you will find on my pages the answer to any questions you may have about me and the way that I work. I am an Accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I abide by their Ethical Code of Practice.
